the breakfast basket included a good selection of items. i found a mini fridge in the room, very helpful for my own supplies. the staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my visit.
i noticed the bedroom carpet needed a thorough vacuuming.

My room had ample space. I liked the historical features preserved throughout the building. The staff was very accommodating and provided quick service. The bar on site offered a solid selection of drinks in a pleasant setting.
Breakfast options felt somewhat limited for the price.

The complimentary continental breakfast was delivered to the room in a basket. Guests can choose to upgrade and eat in the bar with a cooked breakfast, but the continental option was sufficient. The pub is located in the Shambles.

This building is full of history. The staff were really friendly and helpful! I enjoyed cask ales in the rear beer garden. It had great lighting and heating for a comfortable experience with my dog.
The bedside lamp in my room was not working. It made reading at night difficult. I hope they fix it soon .

The breakfast had an excellent location and a very pleasant dining area. I enjoyed a functional, no-frills experience. The continental breakfast arrives in a beautiful wicker hamper outside the room.
